We can upgrade any machine of any make from its base manual form to fully automatic version or even as per we can do those customized upgrations as per requirement of customer which are even not provided by the manufacturers of the machine.

 

We can upgrade machine in multiple ways of automations e.g. motorized, Customized touch screens, Joysticks, control Panels, Softwares, control wheels etc.

MITUTOYO VICKER HARDNESS TESTER
TOUCH SCREEN UPGRADATION

This Mitutoyo Vicker Hardness Tester is being upgraded by us as its touchscreen control panel is being stopped working.

 

Hence we have upgaraded this machines touch screen with our customized color touch screen control panel with more features than previous versions e.g. customized report format with graph and ECD calculation.

WILSON ROCKWELL HARDNESS TESTER TOUCH SCREEN
AND AUTO LOAD UPGRADARTION

This Wilson Rockwell Hardness Tester have just a small LED screen with few Keys below screen and have 110V power Input system which requires a power adapter between main power to Machine,.

 

We have upgraded this machine with our Touch Screen Control Panel with customized report format inbuilt, one touch Scale selection, Auto loading System, Surface Light which helps us to locate exact location where we want to indent on sample clearly and now its working with our standard 220V output.

MITUTOYO MICROVICKER HARDNESS TESTER WITH SOFTWARE,
TOUCHSCREEN CONTROL PANEL, AUTO STAGE UPGRADATION

This Mitutoyo Microvicker Hardness Tester standardly comes with a monochrome analogue display for filar measurement and micrometer controlled stage.

 

We have upgraded this Microvicker Hardness Tester with an automatic motorized which should also controlled manually by the micrometers, an auto read Stage Controlling software which can auto read automatically takes the provided traverse and auto reads the indented traverse show results with Graph, All Traverse points readings, ECD and many other important reporting parameters on multiple report formats as desired by customer.

 

We can also take auto stage traverse, readings in a proper customized report format with graph and ECD calculation on Touch Screen without using PC.
